Electronic service of notices: Effective June 5, 2017, if an electronic address has been filed with the Court by any attorney, the Court will begin sending notices of hearings, trials and other court proceedings to such electronic address by electronic means (e-mail). Electronic service shall constitute service pursuant to Ohio Civil Rule 5 and Ohio Criminal Rule 49.
